Infurated by waiting without news of backordering I called, AND emailed to simply cancel order and request a creditcard confirmation.
All I received was a faxed 'in house' receipt saying I was internally credited the money: no receipt of credit card refund.
Called to get a real confirmation and ask why they didn't inform me earlier, asked for manager / owner; a barely understandable woman in horribly broken English kept saying "we are honest, we are honest."
We had an unintelligible conversation, she hung up on me, I called back three more times; same thing.
They maybe made a mistake about shipping time originally, but could have told me after 6 more days the items were 'back ordered.' How honest is that? They hung up on me repeatedly,
I still have no idea if I have to go to my bank to cancel all this (I sure will tomorrow), and I wonder if their product is as honest as they are.

Tried to resolve this whole issue after receiving many bogus, unsuscribed email subscriptions; sent email and received this partial 'tongue-in-cheek' response.
