Yes!!! This guy is a rip off. I am a former employee I was fired because I gave a customer a refund of $300.00 because steve's mother Harriet Warsack overcharges people left and right by charging the credit cards 4 and 5 times at the same time. I was in the customer care dept. I never did agree with the company's ethics the money was great but I got fired for giving a guy his money back. His morgage payment bounced as a result of steve and his mother.
They are located in cincinnati forest park actually their is no Mike Johnson or any other people they put on the letters! It is Steve warsack and Harriet Warsack who steal from you..
