Health Plan Fraud

I was told this was a health plan when in fact it's a Hospital Idemity plan
I'm disabled and my husband retired early to care for me so we live on limited monthly funds I applied for the Health Market Insurance but was told we didn't make enough money go figure thought that was the whole point anyway I can't believe this so called Capital Healthcare is so low to treat people like us so deceitful
