Capital Health Ins. aka Multi Plan PPO
Sold Hospital Indemnity Plan Presented as Health Insurance

I was told this was a health plan when in fact it's a Hospital Indemnity plan.
I'm disabled and my husband retired early to care for me, so we live on limited monthly funds. I applied for the Health Market Insurance but was told we didn't make enough money, go figure. I thought that was the whole point anyway. I can't believe this so-called Capital Healthcare is so low as to treat people like us so deceitfully.
