I've been happy with my Sono Bello results.
From the start, staff at Sono Bello seemed genuinely concerned with me. They were professional and non-judgmental. This helped, because I was feeling very self-conscious about my appearance. I am looking forward to my June follow up appointment, and my after pictures.
After my procedure, I really enjoyed the follow up emails. I felt that Sono Bello still cared about me and my progress. As more time passes though, I feel they just aren't into me anymore.
Beware of absurd wait times for follow-up appointments. I was in the waiting room for almost an hour.
I sent them email feedback upon their request 2 months ago and never got any kind of response.
