Very poor... I went in to get a crown in which a temporary cap was put on first and was to come in later for the crown. The first temp the tried to put on was brown and lied to me saying that was the lightest color they had. I was upset went to the bathroom and came back and magically they were able to a lighter color. But, the temporary looks horrible to say the least. The cap is not close to my tooth color, it is one of front teeth which makes it worse because it see it all the time. They cut it wrong and now I have a gap in the front of my teeth in addition to having a rough yellowish chicklet for a for a temp cap. I told them I wasn't happy all I got was a sorry but no offer to do properly. He also told me at time of my cleaning which I talked to him about getting the crown he told me ten days after they put the chicklet on now they want me to wait a month for the crown. It is horrible, no joking. Later in the evening I called an cancelled the appointment for the crown since I am concerned since how bad they messed up doing a cap I don't want to see how bad the crown will be and since they lied twice to me, it left a bad feeling in my gut. I left a calm message about cancelling the appointment and have never received a call back. You would think a trust worthy honest company would want to make it right and fix it, and keep a customer, client, a patient. Because with out patients they don't stay in business. To say the least I am extremely disappointed and while never be returning to them. I rate him very, very, very poor.
