Complaint / review text:
My daughter had emergency dental work from 6 Day Dental about 1 month ago. She had a root canal and temporary crown put in.
My insurance paid all of the bill except for $700 which I made arangements to pay over the next 3 months.
When I took her back today for the permanent crown, I was told that my arrangements had been cancelled and the whole amount was due today. Unable to pay this, my daughter did not receive the crown.
To make matters even worse, before I got into the office, the situation was being discussed w/my underage daughter. It was not her business to know what arangements I made.
At the same time I was there, another patient came in w/substandard work (filling done recenly) that had fallen out. They refused to see her until she paid for the wrk again.
Once the permanent crown is on my daughter's tooth, I will never go back. All this company is concerned about is the $.
