Dental group of hesperia
12/09/08-paid $295.00 for crown and misc. Other charges and scheduled appointment for 01/19/09- for crown, exam, and cleaning was extremely clear that i wanted crown, exam and cleaning to be scheduled all on the same day due to the drive and all the extra time it was taking to make separate appointments for each dental service. It was agreed that all services would be performed at that appointment on the same day my account was in good standing and i did not owe any money.
01/19/09-on this appointment to have permanent crown delivered, as well as cleaning and exam-was not told until i arrived that crown was not in yet. I asked them why they did not call me to let me know, as i would not have spent all the time driving there, and would have put off entire appointment until the crown had arrived and there was time to do the cleaning and exam as well-they then tried to say that the appointment was only for exam and cleaning, and i reminded them that this was not so, and that i was very clear when making the appointment that i wanted it all on the same day due to the drive and that they had agreed.
I also made it clear that if on the next appointment, the tooth wasn't there yet, would they please have the consideration to call me and let me know so that i could delay the appointment-they said they would call me if the crown had not arrived yet.
Payment for all services rendered that day was made in full ($200.00 for basic cleaning and $50.00 for cavity) i also let them know that the following appointment was going to be difficult for me due to my work hours and could they make the appointment at 5 instead of 4 for delivery of the permanent crown-lena refused.
Made new appointment for 29th due to being told crown would be in by the 22cd was very clear about the fact that i was unable to come in on 22cd due to work and lena would not give me an appointment past 4.-she said that appointments are never made past 4.
Called on the 28th to delay this appointment due to work schedule.
Called again on the 29th due to temporary tooth fell out again, and my manager at work gave me a pardon to take care of this due to front tooth missing. She said to come in at 5 i agreed, and wound up being able to arrive early, so i called at 410 to ask if they wanted me to still come in at 5 or would they like to take me in earlier they said come right in and i was there at 420.
As soon as i arrived, i was told again that it would be 5 oclock. Finally, at 510, she told me, by the way, your tooth has not come in yet. I asked why, for the second time in a row, i was made to drive there for nothing since they had agreed to call me if the tooth wasn't there she said that they were only recementing the temporary which was not true. She also said that the prior appointment was only for cleaning and exam, which also wasn't true.
I asked lena for the name of her supervisor and she refused to give it to me since her supervisor was out on maternity leave.
I also asked if i could get my money back, and while laughing at me, said "good luck finding a dentist who will put that tooth in for you"
