No No Hair Device Paid For on 6 June Never Received

I ordered and paid for the device on the 6 June (r2040) and to date have not received what I paid for. I have sent emails to the service centre and all I get is an automated response!
I would appreciate it if someone could call me and resolve the matter as soon as possible
