Dr Usama Garzi: After waiting 2 weeks to see if Dr Garzi would take my wife on as a patient, she got an appointment 4 weeks later. After arriving 25 minuets early and checking in she was told that she would not be able to see the doctor as she had not completed the paper work. At Check in she was no given any paper work. As aTeamster's wife, I can not believe that she was treated so poorly by the doctor and his staff. Do not use these people
