21 Days and No Follow-up

On May 26th, I ordered my three RXs as I had for 4 years... Failure to complete the order (by customer service) resulted in no medicines within my window of insurance coverage. I have now made 6 calls to fix these errors, been promised calls back from supervisors which did not happen, and basically the only alternative to get my medicine (even though I ordered within my window for insurance coverage) is to pay full price to get my necessary medicines. This is a failure to follow-up, to fix the situation and figure out what happened within their system so no other person has to go through this stress and effort again to get the medicines they need and have regularly ordered for the past four years. Prescription follow-up is not only key, but from the stand point of health and wellbeing, must be treated with accuracy and urgency. Today I was asked again to wait another 72 hours while they research this issue again and it gets transferred to an account manager (another one) to "look into this issue". There is really no excuse for this lapse in care and follow-up, and basically supervision has given no rectification or resolution in order for me to get my medicine other than not receive the coverage I should have gotten, pay full price per prescription (over $100 per RX) and continue to not be able to explain why I was the only person who has followed-up and kept track of this fiasco. Many peoples' health is at stake here, and this type of ball-dropping cannot be tolerated.
