I've been to TSO twice. All the employees were fantastic. Robert Gracey, OD knows his stuff as expected and his 'bedside manner' is fantastic. I was more pleased with him and the other staff than any other eyeglass experience I've had. I am a medicaid customer and we all know 'they' are slow pay, so most doctors, etc. Don't want to deal with that. Texas State Optical showed me the most courteous, helpful experience I could ask for. This joint rocks!
