I responded to an e-mail Nexiderm advertisement thinking that I could try their product and cancel my membership shortly after receiving the product if I did not want to pay $89.95 each month to continue the membership. I received the product after paying shipping and handeling thinking that this product was free for me to try. After trying the product I decided that I did not want to continue using it so I called within days of receiving it to cancel my membership.
Just recently I received my credit card bill and a charge of $89.95 was on the statement — I was mad. So I called the company to say that I had cancelled any new orders sometime ago, so I should not be charged $89.95. They refused to resend the charge because they said that their advertising says that the product I received was to have been returned in 10 days if I didn't want to continue the membership.
I was furious! I went to the web site now and, yes, it does say this now, but did it say this in December when I requested the product? Even if it did, the printing is microscopic!
