I emailed before I ordered the product. They would contact me withing two days. I followed their policy for a refund, proof of payment plus signed delivery. I waited a week and emailed them. No response. I have emailed them twice more. No response. I just called their customer service line. Disconnected numbers. I haven't tried their 1-866-450-6919 yet. That is next.
I did not find any problems with this company at first. I even looked them up with the BBB. I just want my money back.
