I purchased a gift certificate for Taylor/Brooks from a marketing co. That came into the place of my employment. The slalesman said that it would be valid thru Mar. (I had 5 MNTHS.) and that all I needed was my confermation # W / my "card." It states on the certificate that the customer must use the spa services in 4 DIF. Sessions (4 dif. Appointments). I gave him a check and decided to use the certificate as a Christmas present. Dec. Came and when I called, the girl (manager? I Don't Know) told me that they didnt schedule appointments in DEC.!
She read me all of the "rules" on the cert. (which I read) YES It states, "Limited availability prior to holidays" nothng said NO APPOINTMENTS DURING DEC.! She also told me that the little card that I had kept W / the # on it was not the actual cert., it was just for a guest if I had brought one. Therefore, I had no way to redeem my certificate. $ down the drain!!! Her excuse?"We are a very upscale salon." - I've been to several upscale salons and this is NOT ONE OF THEM!
Dont believe me - Check out the website - they list prices, stylists, and i wasnt that impressed ~ I have learned my lesson! Dont buy crap from ppl who walk in off the street! Duh!
