Ripoff fraudulent billing to my bank account without my authorization

I was offered a free sample of Nexiderm. I only had to pay the shipping and handling. The proper amount of money was billed to my account, $5.95. A few weeks later, I was checking my bank account and was shocked to see a transaction for $89.95 from Nexiderm. I never authorized this transaction.

I looked up the number for Nexiderm on their wesite. I called Nexiderm only to wait for two and a half hours on their automated phone system. I have since then called them at different times of the day in hopes to get through to someone, but I have never been able to talk to a customer service representative. I am convinced that I will never speak to anyone from this company. They also do not reply to email.

Beware of this company. I believe that Nexiderm only wants your credit card number, not to provide an honest service.
