Back in September I received a letter addressed to me in which a newspaper clipping was included. It promised weight loss as well as $50 for just trying out their product so I could see how effective it was.
Once I received the two bottles and was charged $97.85 including shipping and handling on my credit card I read thru the ingredients and saw it contained shrimp/shell fish, I didn't even bother opening the bottles.
I typed a letter explaining to the company that I could not ingest such pills do to my allergy and was returning both unopened bottles for the guaranteed full refund stated on the newspaper clipping.
It is now December and still no refund nor accessibility to their customer service since any phone number I've tried is either disconected such as 561-995-0889 or a recording stating it is an unassigned number for 800-316-2122 and 800-644-9229.
If anyone can help me track down these impostors and bring them to court it would be ideal in order to expose them.
