Cyber rip off!

I've had my cybersonic toothbrush for just about 1 year. My last shippment of replacement brushes were received in May; with invoice dated 27Apr01. Since then my credic card has been charged twice for 'shipment' even though I haven't seen any brushes for 8 months.

I have tried to call them on several occasions and written e-mails but the problem is still not resolved. Their new recording now says something along the lines that they can only take calls between 6:00am and 8:00am Pacific Time. I live in Denver (Mountain Time) and have made a point of calling at 7:30am my time just to be sure. Still not able to get a hold of anyone.

I have become very frustrated with this product; which is of no use to me without the brushes. I have kept a copy of the e-mails I've sent and have gone one step further by contacting Tom Martino; The Trouble-shooter (www.tommartino.com). I'm gonna keep writing to cybersoic until my patience has run dry; which I imagine will be pretty soon.

I think that cybersonic is fully aware of its flaw but doesn't quite know what to do to resolve the issue. Here's an idea. REFUND OUR MONEY!

While I have no direct control over what this company does, I do have control over what I do. And what I'm doing is letting everyone know to stay clear of this product. And I mean everyone. Today, I'll be shopping for a new electric toothbrush which allows me to purchase replacement brushes locally.
