This company markets a product called Sildenflex that is advertised as an alternative to Viagra. They offered a "100% unconditional no risk 30 DAY guarantee" if not satisfied to be refunded upon return of a copy of the invoice and unused portion of product. The guarantee was the only reason I purchased such a product and I complied to the terms of the guarantee when it did in no way benefit as advertised. I called after about 7 weeks to find out about a refund and was told that everything was in order and a refund would be sent. I waited 4 more weeks and called back with same results, i.E., the check is in the mail. Two weeks later, I have still not received a refund. I bought from an advertisement in Motor Trend magazine.
