Product failed to work as advertised. Was advised to return unused portion with invoice for a complete refund ($49.95 $7.99 ship for the USPS frist class mail), This was done with signed confirm receipt 11/14. After 4 e-mail inquiries they put a block on my e-mails. To date, 'NO REFUND' at all.
