I received a letter from Centennial Medical Center that Healthspring has not paid a claim for my husbands surgery on October 28-31.2012. I tried three times to get this resolved over the phone yesterday, 1/10, and nothing was resolved. The last person said she would send an email to the Claims department and they have not called me back. I need a response. The claim is for William Glen Shannon, ID774161234
