Terrible exercise bike

I bought a execrcise bike HREX11912 and we can not use it. The lowest level is set up as if you are riding up the wall of the Grand Camyon. It is so difficult my mother can not use it. When I call HealthRider I was on hold for 10 minutes numerous times. They do not answer the phone. Never by anything from HealthRider. They are a fraud!
