I ordered 2 products from the company. I have the products shipped c.O.D. Federal Express delivered packages and accepts the money order. I opened the package and only one of the products had been delivered. I immediately called the company. The company stated they would check on this and get back to immediately. A couple of days went by, and I didn't receive a callback. I called again. The lady said she would have a supervisor get back to me. I emailed numerous times. I received emails back that they apologize and would get a refund check mailed out to me. It's been over a month since this happened. On October 16 I emailed the company again regarding this matter because when I called I was put on hold and then conveniently disconnected. The company responded to the email again on October 16 that a refund check would be mailed out on Monday. No check. I have emailed and getting no response.
