Christian & Andrew Thin Action Weight Loss Company Scam

A month ago I saw an Ad for weight loss pills that boost your metabolism and I thought, "Oh, that would be perfect for me." Until I saw my account was being over drafted at least once a week. The Thin Action pills were a one month trial, but they had failed to tell me I would be billed once every week for just having the pills during the trial. Besides, That doesn't even make any since.

So, after almost a month of charges, I get my bank statement and it shows I was over drafted ALOT of money. I got on my Bank account and sure enough, Thin Action was what showed up the most. I decided to call them and get this resolved, or hope anyways. I tried twice to talk to someone who would make some sense. They were both Arab using names like Christian and Andrew. One guy couldn't even say his name. So, I knew what they were saying was a bunch of bullshit. The first time I called, I had talked to the guy that calls himself Andrew. His excuse was that my account was active and that is why I couldn't get a refund. I couldn't understand why. If it's active then they should be able to give me a refund. Everyone who signs up with someone has an active account. So, he cancelled my account. He really didn't know what to say though, because he kept saying the same thing over and over again.

I waited a little bit and decided to call again, hoping to get someone who could speak clearer English. Well, I did and he was able to answer my questions, but again they did not make any sense. This really made me mad. I had wanted to know why they were over drafting my account and why I wasn't receiving anything from them? It was the guy who was calling himself Christian who had sounded smarter than the other guy and was quick to answer my questions, but failed to make any sense. He said that my account was already cancelled so he couldn't do anything about it. He said, because the pills were part of a trial, they are not allowed to refund me the money, even if I were to resend my purchase back, I still couldn't get the money back from that. He admitted to them trying to over draft my account but the transactions were denied. That I knew was a lie because I had printed out my bank statements and transactions and had them in front of me while talking to this guy. Then, I told him how much they needed to credit me back. He decided to lie again and tell me they only over drafted 78 dollars, but they knew it was way more than that. I asked him, "Then why are you still over drafting my account every week?" His answer was, "We are not." Now that was the biggest lie of all. If they weren't doing what I accused them of doing then why am I calling? How did I get this number? Why would I pick just some random website with my information to call and say they are over drafting my bank account and that I want my money back and my account with them cancelled? So yes, I was very pissed off after going through all this shit. I had asked to talk to a supervisor or whoever is in charge there and they refused to let me talk to one. He just kept repeating why I couldn't get my money back. I hope this whole company gets sued and the ppl who had an account with them gets there money bk somehow, because this is not right.

I read online how they have been scamming more ppl than just me. I put in Thin Action on google and all you get are these complaints and reports about how those people got scammed and how much money they got scammed out of.
