I went on line and signed up for what I though was a good deal after reading how a news person had successfully lost weight using these pills. I ordered the pills and an hour later after talking with my husband I called back and cancelled the order. The person gave me a cancellation number. I called them back a few days later after I saw the money was taken out of my account, and they told me they couldn't refund my money the shipment was already on its' way. I asked for the manager they kept telling me to hold on and coming back saying their manager was not there and I could get no refund..
