I ordered Tag Away from Plymouth Direct, Inc.—ordered one bottle (to receive a "free" extra bottle) for $19.99 plus shipping, etc.—total around $30. They double-billed me for almost $60. I clearly did not order four as they claimed. It was also impossible to talk with a real person to make the order. This sounds like a deceptive system. I'll follow up with my Discover Card to make sure they cancel this order. I'm sure many people end up just paying for the double order to avoid the hassle. Also the automative order system does not include the total price. I discovered this by calling customer service after receiving a call from some shipping lady who asked for my deceased mother; apparently they had our names confused. I called to correct the name on the account and only then found out my bill of $59.88, instead of $29.94.
