I signed up with this location right after they opened after being sold on the fact that they were going to have a facility open in Denton where I live withing 3 months. The agreement was some bootcamp thing for $99 up front and then a monthly fee for 99 workouts. This location is not convienent for me so the few times I went there I kept asking about the Denton location and was told yes it is coming. Well long story it has now been over three years and now they say I was never told that. I have been paying the freeze fee this entire time so I know they have gotten more than there monies worth from me but they still won't waive my contract until I complete 99 workouts with them. I have on numerous occacions tried to reason with them but they refuse to do anything.
I just want to be done with this place and to stop paying for something I have never used because it was sold to me under false staements and promises.
