NewEgg
They sent the wrong product and returning it was next to impossible

I requested the 2013 Norton Internet Protection from NewEgg. While it came the container stated it had been the 2012 edition - NOT 2013. This is ineffective in my experience when I currently possess the 2012 edition and it is going to end. I realized that NewEgg caught a phony tag about the base of the container declaring it had been a 2013 edition. However the container plainly mentioned about the entrance that it had been 2012. Possibly NewEgg believed it might dupe clients into thinking these were purchasing the 2013 edition when, actually, these were promoting them the 2012 edition - that will be simply wrong.

Calling NewEggis customer support to come back this obsolete application was hard: The live "talk" was never accessible (usually stated it was "complete" regardless of after I attempted to make use of it), delivering emails got no reaction, and waiting by telephone required near to 45 minutes before a repetition finally responded. After I eventually achieved a repetition by telephone, she released me the RMA to come back them, but obtaining the delivery tag (to ensure that I really could deliver back the item free of charge) was another problem: It Is obtained mutliple emails and phone requires me to obtain a reaction: in the beginning I was informed it'd been delivered, but it was not. Then later, I had been informed it'd have a day or two to create the shipping name. I am still awaiting it today.

Obviously, NewEgg isn't the organization it was previously. I applied to purchase lots of products from their store a couple of years before, however now it seems to be an entirely diverse organization - one which directs deceptive products and makes it as challenging as you can for clients to come back something - even if it is NewEggis mistake.

Buyer beware. I won't purchase something from NewEgg again.
