I need complain about their "Cellago Word Scramble".

They just sent txt message to my cellphone a couple of weeks ago, saying im subscribed to their service, however I never did so, and I dont even know what service they give.
In the text they say i need to text "STOP" to stop the service, but naturally, I think this is a scam, and didnt want to give any reply as every one will do when they see a scam email. And the next thing is they charged me $10 per week for the service that I never agreed to have.
When I contacted them, they claimed some one else had accessed to my cellphone, and subscribed service and refuse to give me a refund for the illetamate purchase. And I am pretty sure that my phone is with me all the time. I am really upset about the way this firm does business and wondering how can I protect myself from being stolen by those non-agreed service purchage.
