When my order took too long to arrive I tried to cancel it but the idiots sent it a week after I TRIED to cancel. When the package arrived I marked it REFUSED RETURN TO SENDER. Sent proof to my CC company and they reversed the charge. What a farce - you cannot return software EVEN if you NEVER open it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - their order system is not linked to their cancellation/shipping system so there is NO way they will guarantee they won't ship it even after you think you canceled. Worst customer service I have ever had!
