Cannot remove popups

ParetoLogic "Document Remedy" proceeds to intrude on my pc requesting Restoration after I don't have any intension to restore this "Item". I've appeared through all the regular methods to remove popups or programs and can't discover a way to REMOVE paretologicis document remedy.
