I bought the product and also the sound is TERRIBLE... No body might hear me-only might hear every additional syllable I had been talking. I'm so discouraged with this specific item, would not suggest it to anyone. The only real help I really could get was in order for them to inform me that I required a much better web connection and that I possess a wireless device. Boooooo!!!
