I bought this software package following a two-week test. First issue, support selections are low quality and, consequently, not necessarily useful. Next issue, Emrick doesn't hand out contact data. Just contact is through private mail link. Next issue: After purchase, the brand new enrollment number didn't function. It required several again & forth emails to clean up the "insects" using the new edition (a telephone call might have decreased period problem considerably). Last issue: New edition started to crash and shut nearly instantly upon starting. When faced, via mail, I obtained more run around from Emrick. After 3 demands to get a reimbursement, I quit. I would recommend the visitors of the clearly consider dealing with a far more trustworthy and reliable company.
