I bought and saved this application, (Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Supreme) which may not deploy. I spent hours about the telephone with tech-support, to no avail. Lastly, I bought the DVD drive of the program, that was delivered, and mounted correctly. Nowadays, Digitalriver delivered mean email, informing me the download was faulty, and educating me to re-obtain the initial purchase. Because right now I'd obtained the DVD drive that I bought, I'd you should not re-obtain the initial application. I required the Digitalriver reimbursement the initial download cost, plus they declined. Therefore, I've taken care of the program twice.
