Product not working

I bought a subcription for restore on my Norton 360, and following the download, it'd not revise, or operate antivarus check, and that I have required the options support display wth no-fix, and also have planned many times in order for them to call me in the call back aid display and not obtained a phone, not able to achieve one to obtain the reimbursement to my creditcard
