Being an employee using the organization, I had been continuously being bothered by my boss. I documented 3 individual situations to my supervisor, simply to possess the boss worsen after every criticism since he understood that I had been worrying about him. While trying to voice my next criticism to Recruiting, I had been dismissed in the place of obtaining the opportunity to clarify what happened in my experience. Ameristar isn't worried about it is workers and prefer to fire somebody than pay attention to the things they need to state. I've since submitted case from the organization for retaliation.
