Ameristar is a fraudulent company that promise's to have a loan modification with your lenderfor a fee up front. I paid $1400. Dollars and they have not done what they said they could or would do. Ameristar has taken my money and delayed my lender for 32 months. Now I am losing my home because of them. He constantly has made threats to me that he would close my file if I dont get this or that to him by a certian time.
Bill Ray would never return my phone messages, there is never anyone at his office to take a call. He has tryed to charge me more money for stopping a so called sale date. Ameristar has delayed things so long with my lender I am now losing my home. Do not be a victim. The BBB has Ameristar listed as a F rated company. I have contacted the attorney generals office and reported Ameristar. We all need to join together and file a law suit against Ameristar/Bill Ray.
