On August 21 my spouse and that I visit Dollar Value Furniture shop. We thought we would purchase 6 seats shown in the shop. We created a and that I offered deposit of $130.50 towards the supervisor. He assured that at the conclusion of the week he provides me a phone to get my seats.
Couple months passed, nobody contact me. We go to a shop again and being guaranteed that today we will no doubt get phone in the supervisor.
September 11 I acquired a phone in the supervisor. He apologies that seats which we requested he serving not need on factory, but he is able to provide me comparable seats of light shade. I agree. He actually SEND me an image of the chairs.
September 12 he calls me and stated that I will get my seats. I went towards the shop. Whenever we arrived as it happens he serving not need guaranteed seats again. He was providing seats which different and didn't assist our objective. I ask him to return my deposit that he WOn't get it done directing about the plan of the shop.
I'm that such adjustment is completely inappropriate. If shop can't fulfill my order I'd like them to come back my deposit and remove my purchase. Like a client I'm cheated. I devote my period, cash, fuel to purchase what I needed. Please support me solved this sad circumstance.
