I ordered two peices of luggage for a trip that i was taking the next week, so I purchased the expedited delivery that "guarenteed delivery within 3 days".
Since their very poor website does not allow for online tracking, I inquired about the order via email.in response, i was told that they didn't have the color that i had requested and the soonest it could now be shipped to me would be 3 days after i left for my trip. - In fact, i was told that the fastest that my order could ever have been filled would have been 5 days. So much for the "guarentee".
I seriously doubt that i ever would have been told that my order had not shipped, if i had first not prompted communication with my email.
After I told them that it would not be "OK" to ship my bags to me after I left for the trip for which i was purchasing the bag, I was ignored for nearly 24 hours before two more emails raised their customer service and they processed a refund without asking me.
If you order thru LuggageFactory, I believe that you are making a serious mistake.
