I went to Ashley Furniture today in Massena, NY to buy a recliner. We walked in & the gentleman asked what we were looking for & I told him. He told us where to look & quickly got back to his computer game that he never left the whole time we were there. I went there last year to buy a bedroom & dining room set he was just as helpful then too. However, when I went last year luckily there was a lady there that was very helpful. I found a recliner today that I would have bought if the salesman would have showed some interest in his customers instead of his card game on the computer.
