My husband and I purchased all of the furniture from our home during their New Year's Day sale this year. We took delivery at the end of February. Six weeks later our brand new dining room table with finished wood was buckling! The entire table is doing it! We called Ashley and they told us it's water damage and there's no coverage for it. It cannot be water damage, we use fabric placemats every day and the spots of buckling aren't even under the placemats, meaning no one puts glasses there. And even so, it's a DINING ROOM TABLE. It should be able to stand up to a glass of water here and there for 6 weeks! So they sent us to the warranty people who told us it's not water damage, it's a craftsmanship issue and they referred us back to Ashley. They still will not do a thing to fix this! Long story short, do not EVER buy furniture from Ashley. It's poorly made and the customer service is a myth!
