I made a layaway of several pieces of furniture at Nationwide Warehouse such as a dining room set, two sets of bunk beds, and living room furniture. When the furniture and bunkbeds arrived the staff was loud and rude and they delivered it at 7:30 in the evening when I clearly requested it to be delivered between 9am-12noon. Upon accepting my furniture I noticed that my living room furniture did not have any the pillows, nor did it have legs.

I informed the delivery foreman and he stated he would bring the pillows back the next day, which took a week. Now I am wondering where the legs for the sofa and loveseat are. I caught the bus and had to walk down the dark road to see the manager to complain.in return I was told I was a mean little black woman. I then told them that I wanted to cancel my layaway for the dining room set get my $100 back because at this time I'm thinking hell you might bring me the table and forget the chairs.

In the midst of my fussing with the salesperson the manager gives me $30 to catch a cab home to get rid of me and I have not been back to purchase anything else from them... I think their customer service is awful.
