Poor quality, bad customer service

Bought a bureau and selected it-up myself. Upon unwrappping I noticed a bit broken-off of the rear. Named shop immediately and was informed to contact very first thing the following day and consult with customer support plus they might have somebody choose it up and and change it. I was pleased with that till I named 24 hours later plus they stated that was not accurate and that I would need to return it myself. Ii responded that I no further might choose it-up which I was informed thay might assist me since it was their problem it was damaged. After over an hour or so about the telephone I'd to pay for 60 bucks for shipping simply because they weren't prepared to assist me. TERRIBLE customer support! TERRIBLE quality! (particle-board) I realized I had beennot obtaining the surface of the point but this really is absurd! Won't ever store there again!
