We've had only issues since we first-placed our purchase. Products were delivered broken numerous occasions, alternative components and items never got shipped, deliveries were improperly planned and also the record goes on and on. It has been happening for six months! As a way for them apologizing for that trouble, they stated they'd deliver us a $100 gift-card - like I'd buy something (actually free) from their website. Their present absolutely does not replace with six months of bad customer support!!
