I ordered a sofa with a deposit of over $1,700.00 in mid-July and never received it. I contacted the store countless times via phone and several times in person - it was a different lame story every time. They never called me with an update regardless of who promised to do so. Matt Murphy (owner) has failed to respond to requests from the Better Business Bureau. There appears to be a close association with House of Sofas (Cozy Home solutions is at the same location with the same "House of Sofas" sign out front) which Matt Murphy's mother owned and which has many poor reviews on the web. Do not shop here!!
