WHEN I lived in Minnesota... Target / Dayton's was the place to shop. Now you can still shop Target but bring cash they only accept a check if you have a history with them. I guess using cash, credit cards etc doesn't count as history anymore. I tried to buy $390.72 of school supplies today with a check, well they won't take it, plenty of money in the account, but NO HISTORY WITH TARGET. I think I'll call Mr Dayton and see if he knows about this. Then again I can get this stuff elsewhere, which is what I did.
