The purchase of gift cards at Target was a disappointment today. There was a $4.00 charge for the privilege.in the past this has not been the case. Target has lost its credibility. Additionally there is no place to go on their web site to send them an email regarding this. Target gift cards have been my choice for gifts especially during the holidays. I will pass this along to my friends. I will not shop at Target in future.
