I am deeply concerned about this company.
They have over 52 complaints filed with the BBB.org. There are hundreds more on google search including http://usashameboard.com and my3cents.com to name but a few. I also found judgements dating back from 97 and as late as 04. (Jan S. Stone, (starting renting) & Jan s. Stone, (madison magazine) State records read that Jan s. Stone registered Cottonwood futons trademark in 95 and the corporation was in her name until 06.
They sent me a defective products and are not returning my email messages or phone calls. Imagine that... They are also ebay sellers, and as an ebay member, I sent them a message there. This time this is not going away. I am more than prepared to contact their suppliers, the district attorneys office, the department of agriculture for the state of wisconsin, post my grievances and issue press releases to anyone and every who might be remotely interested as well as seek all available remedies to me. I also have their residence address to affect process of service.
I am an expereinced small claims litigator and have no intention of being ripped off should they, Cotton wood Furnishings not return my money and take back their defective product.
