I bought a platform bed from Z-Gallerie at a price of $1,000.00 along with a dining area occur July in a shop in Alpharetta, GA. Using the high-cost of the items you'd assume supreme quality support which in my own encounter isn't what we obtained. Aside from needing to delay a few months for that items to reach at their factory, after putting the purchase and spending entirely, the shipping organization they use didn't examine to make sure all components were within the vehicle. They overlooked to incorporate the EQUIPMENT and also the THIGHS for that mattress. I had been advised informed that there is nothing they might do and that I would need to wait till they returned and that I was contacted. The subsequent morning I obtained a phone in the shipping company. And was advised the components could be delivered out and that I might have them return out to put together the mattress (Note: We paid-for shipping and construction) per week later nothing arrived and that I named their HQ in California. I told them the problem and was informed the lost products might delivered via fed x. These were delivered out 12/3 but Z-Gallerie employed the least expensive support fed x offers and our products came on 12/9 at 7:47pm and quit at our door. You'd believe using what one gives due to their items they'd atleast deliver it 2nd or 3rd time atmosphere. That which was truly astonishing that after all of the nonsense, they once more forgot to deliver out the thighs... Again I named CA and was informed the parts department. Wasn't available and so they would need to possibly purchase them in the producer or draw them from another item if in-stock because they don't maintain extra components on the products. Their repetition could not actually invest in an upgraded and also the only factor they wouldbe ready to complete was to return the cash.
Our order was positioned on 6/18/10 and also to this very day I am still looking to get our mattress precisely delivered. I do not actually need t hem to return out to create it-up. DON'T BUY FROM Z-GALLERIE!!! You are better-off going-over to BOVA or BOCONCEPT! Atleast you realize they stress the significance of QUALITY customer support.
