No room, no cash!

This began the very first week in January.

We requested from ZGallerie.com the Casablanca room collection that was the mattress, men’s dresser, nightstand and women’s dresser. Overall price - $5074.00

The women’s bureau was a unique purchase that people were educated might consider 4 weeks in the future in. Then anything could be delivered by shipping and shipped inside within three or four months.

2 months passed with no simple concept from Z Gallerie. I sent the support representative that I requested the furniture from and he relayed me for their customer disservice office.

First Z Gallerie served amazed that used to do not need my furniture! They stated they'd consider it using the delivery organization and contact me back. I'd to contact them back 24 hours later because they never called me.

I couldn't complete towards the individual designated to my issue and so I named the salesman I began with. Then he got me the title of the delivery organization as well as their quantity.

I then needed to contact to see by myself, that for unknown factors my cargo was postponed by 7 days plus they were today “finding” my furniture.

The next day I contact again plus they have discovered it and therefore are shipping it to a different delivery business in my own condition. Once there, I'd get a demand shipping. I had been informed this could occur in 7 days.

The week arrived and went without any phone. The finish of the following week I named their customer injustice middle performed telephone label for just two times after which was informed the girls bureau was broken.

Obviously this is actually the only item which was a custom-order and required four weeks only for them to get…

I've noticed only – I’m sorry, yes, you're correct friend, I’m sorry sir and so forth out of this team. Their customer support is nonexistent as well as their delivery business is inexperienced.

We're currently a few months out without any room collection and that I have terminated the purchase. After I requested after I might get my cash I had been informed that sales would need to look after that on Friday.

I suppose they don’t focus on Friday’s.

I will just hope that it won’t consider a few months to obtain a reimbursement but I've a poor experience that I’ll be investing several extended hours about the telephone using their customer detriment department…
