I'm writing to protest concerning the terrible encounter I've had with Z Gallerie. They got more than 3 weeks to provide an item which was the incorrect shade once they explained I'd possess the buffet inside a month. Customer Care was terrible these were not useful in any way touch and explained once they delivered another bit of the exact same shade that there's nothing that they'll do. Lastly I'd the shipping organization provide the item right down to the shop to truly have the store-manager make sure the colour was INCORRECT! Lastly they stated that they'd consider the item back that they did, but after around per month they'd nevertheless not returned me. Then strangely a purchase was created on my charge card that I'd in my own ownership. I WOn't store as of this shop again because of their bad customer support. I shipped in a notice towards the credit challenge division plus some how they never received it. I'll never again conduct business with this specific organization!!!
